Some sellers have expressed concerns about their return address on their shipments. We hear you! .

Opt in from your Profile on web. (Note: This is not available in the app yet!) Toggle the switch next to "Hide return address on label." Your account will still show your state as the "Ship from" state, but the return address on the label will be our address.

If a book is returned to sender, it will come to our team. We'll work with the buyer or seller (or both!) to find a resolution on your behalf.

Curious about the kinds of books a seller usually sells? See their sold inventory by toggling to this new page on their bookstore! This is only available on web right now, not in app.

Our most recent app update improved several functions across the PangoBooks app.

Moving around the app is now smoother. You can swipe back to return to the previous screen (just like Instagram). Faster browsing and less tapping means more time for reading books!

We've improved our deep link support so the PangoBooks app can open directly to the right page from links shared across the web.

You'll see some changes to your bookstore on web. We've added customizable banners and a new layout of your About section!

Use the edit pencil in the banner to select your new bookstore banner. To update your About section and profile photo, use the edit pencil next to your profile photo.

At long last, you can now adjust your shipping label right within the PangoBooks app!

To do this, navigate to the Order Details and scroll down to the help section. There you will see the option to update label weight. Selecting this will open a new screen where you can input the exact weight for this order. From there a new shipping label will be generated and you will be all set to go.

No need to reach out to customer support - everything is done within the PangoBooks app itself. Of course, you are always welcome to reach out to customer support and we are more than happy to help you!

We’ve launched a new Active Seller badge in a bookstore homepage to highlight sellers who regularly list and ship on PangoBooks. Buyers can now hover over this badge in a seller's profile to view a sales heat map, giving quick insight into a seller’s recent sales activity and overall momentum. This added transparency helps buyers shop confidently while giving active sellers greater visibility across the marketplace.

One of our big goals is to make the PangoBooks feed more tailored to your preferences. This is a big task so you'll see us making some small steps over time to get us there.

Our first step released today: Tabs for New Listings, Bundles, and Sold Books!

New listings is simply a feed of every book recently listed and any listing in which the seller has lowered the price recently.

The Bundles tab brings together all the listings that our system determines to include more than one book. This might be a series or duology. If you're in the market for stocking your shelves with full series, browse the Bundles feed!

Want to get a sense of what's selling on PangoBooks? Check out the Sold Books feed! This updates in real time with which listings are selling.

Looking for more ways to save? Use the new "Check for bundle" feature in your cart!

In this example, we're paying for shipping from three different sellers. But clicking at the top of your cart will help you find sellers who may have multiple books in your cart!

If there's a single seller who has the books in your cart, you'll see it in our Multi-Book Search:

Add those to your cart, remove the books from the other sellers, and voilà! We just saved over $10 on this purchase by buying from a single seller!

This feature is still in its nascent stages so stay tuned for more streamlined ways to optimize your cart and save!

Introducing our first swipe feature! Sellers can now swipe to delete an entire listing from their PangoBooks store. This is great for sellers with tons of inventory who need to remove several books in one sitting. No need to navigate into each individual listing. All this can be done from your Listings screen.

In your Account screen, select Listings.

You'll see all of your live listings. From here, swipe to the left on the listing card You'll see a red Delete flag. Tap that flag and confirm that you do indeed want to delete the listing. That's it! The listing will be removed from your store.

We want our sellers to sell more books, so we're making it even easier for buyers to add more to their carts through the PangoBooks app.

If buyers have a book in their cart, they will see the seller's name with an arrow to view more. For example, let's see what else Books Galore has available.
