Pango—thoughts of releasing funds when shipped for sellers who have at least. 4 star rating? Or maybe upon delivery? It’s ridiculous to wait even longer AFTER confirmed delivery for the funds to release. We got bills to pay!

Could you offer us as the seller the ability to give a buyer a gift card/coupon to our shop? Like if I have a someone I want to gift $10 to for a book but to use in our shop specifically?

As an ambassador we should have something showing on our bookstore that we are an ambassador along with our discount code so when people come and look at your store they see the code. make our store stand out since we are ambassadors.

I realize that a buyer can sort them differently of course, but personally the first few books in someone’s shop tells me whether I should stay or not. As the seller, I should be able to try and lure them in 😉

I would like to have a dedicated feature to easily set up Buy One Get One (BOGO) sales. This would simplify the process of offering such promotions without having to manually adjust discounts or create workarounds.

Is it possible to make it so that when creating an initial listing it has to have at least four images one front one back one from the spine edge, and one from the free edge? Seems like some people could use some sales tips here and it would probably also help them increase their sales as well as Pango increase its sales.

It would be awesome having the option to offer 50% off shipping costs versus only being able to offer free shipping or full shipping. This would allow sellers to offer a larger discount to buyers where they normally feel they can't afford to offer free shipping. Helps both buyer and seller meet half way. I've been hit with $20 in shipping charges offering free shipping, and that is a huge hit as a seller. I think the buyer would appreciate half off shipping verses nothing off from those sellers who just can't swing full out free shipping. I feel sellers would appreciate this option, too, making their store more attractive to those who currently only buy from sellers offering free shipping.

Everyone is of course allowed their own opinion, and book reviews in general are invaluable. But it can completely blow a sale to have one random awful review be so prominent on the listing. There are a million places for people to check reviews if they’re interested. Please offer the seller the option whether or not to include an arbitrary reader’s opinion on the listing.

Currently, in the Android app, the "Sold Books" summary does not list the order number, instead requiring a dive into the order to find the order number. The web interface shows the order number on the summary page and does not require opening the order to see the order number. As the order number is an essential piece of information for processing sold books, having this number in an easily accessible place is incredibly helpful for matching sales records, inventory control, and shipping tracking. Please show the order number in the "Sold Books" summary in the Android app interface.

I have gotten quite a few offers where they make a request, I accept pretty quickly and then the transaction never completes before the offer expires. I have had two potential buyers tell me they didn’t know they had to accept that I accepted. Each party should only have to confirm once. No other platform requires this third step, it os mot intuitive and it is negatively impacting the buying and selling experience.
