I’m wondering if customers are being alerted when we send a discounted offer when we see our books in their cart? I’ve offered so many add on discount offered to many and have not received a purchase at all nor know if they even got to see the proposal? Can this be looked into and more user friendly so that both parties can utilize this feature in the best way possible?

Yeah as a buyer you get a notification that you're being offered a limited-time discount. I don't make many sales from sending offers either—I don't think it's a UI or notification problem, more that people just add books to their cart and then let them sit there.
I will say that sending offers for 25+ books is incredibly tedious, especially when I'm pretty sure that most of them are going to the same "interested buyer" who I've already sent the same offer dozens of times..... There are a bunch of solutions that Pango could offer, from enabling an "auto offer" option or setting up a way to send offers for multiple books at once.
