Agreed. Let me determine what kind of offer I wish to make. There's some things I'm more willing to come down on than others. Also, let me make a price based, rather than percentage based offer. Otherwise, I have to:

* Figure out what price I want to offer.

* Divide the new price by the old price

* Subtract the result from 1

* Enter the newly calculated percentage discount

It would be nice to be able to just enter a new offer price.

Honestly I think sellers should be able to send whatever offer they want, especially since buyers can counter. If the offer is insultingly low, they're just not going to get any sales.
