Incomplete sale

I would like the ability to leave a negative review for a seller who does not ship the book you purchased or reply to your message stating they are having an issue. I recently had this experience and the seller was very much active but did not reply to me or the company. This person has 5.0 stars. I guarantee you they wanted to resell the book because they sold it at too low of a price.

Yes, I've purchased bundles from two different buyers in the last month, and crickets from them until I sent a message asking if it had shipped. Both came back with some excuse about "couldn't find it in my stock". One refunded right after the message, but the other I had to cancel the sale. I always try and bundle if the list price is low because I know sellers won't make any money off $2 book purchases. If you can't find the merchandise because you are moving, put your shop on hold.

Even better, they should set up a system where if the seller cancels or fails to ship x number of sales, they receive a strike against their account; three strikes within a certain timeframe and you're out.

As long as there's a "timeout" where older strikes drop off, say 90 days, if there's no new issues. Everyone has off days. Also, if the seller keeps in contact with the buyer about the issue, that should be taken into consideration.
