Sending offers for books added to shelves

We should be able to send offers to people that have added a book to their shelves. I have lots of listings that get added to people's shelves, but not to their carts so I can't send them an offer unless I just change the price, which is time consuming and means I would have to continuously lower the prices of my books every time a new person adds them to the their shelves. eBay has this function of sending offers to people to like their listings, and I think Pango should have that function as well.

Allow sellers to send offers to books added to buyers' Shelves. If Shelves are meant to be watch lists, it would seem to be valuable to send offers to those who are interested in the books. This also mirrors eBay's ability to send offers to those who have an item in their watch list.

Hi! I believe adding offers as an option is very helpful, but a lot of people don’t add books to their carts initially. They typically favorite the book and come back later on. I would love if sellers could send offers to anyone who has liked the listing or added it to a list. I think this will encourage more people to to buy items.

Depop does this as well and it just makes basic sense!
