I would like the ability to leave a negative review for a seller who does not ship the book you purchased or reply to your message stating they are having an issue. I recently had this experience and the seller was very much active but did not reply to me or the company. This person has 5.0 stars. I guarantee you they wanted to resell the book because they sold it at too low of a price.

After adding a book to my cart I always look to see what other books a seller has available. When I click on the seller from the cart I can scroll through their listings. If I click on a book to view its listing it takes me back to my cart and freezes. I have to exit the app and come back in. This is frustrating when trying to add additional books from the same user. This only happens when clicking on the user from my cart.

I would like to have the ability to view a buyer's cart or shelf and make an offer on multiple books they have placed there from my bookstore. This feature would enhance my selling experience by allowing me to provide tailored offers to buyers based on their interests.

I've always been dying for pango to have paypal as a payment option, and I use it for 90% of my shopping with other stores like so many of my friends do. It would be sooo great to finally see that option be open.

I am a buyer, on the purchase detail there is a section called "Seller". This section is blank except for a floating "@" and the seller details are not clickable. Oddly, when I open Inspect tools (on Chrome browser on Mac), the information finally loads and the seller details become visible and clickable. If it's helpful, the specific container I am talking about is "settings-module-scss-module__EXK6qq__simple-profile-container"

Add an option to Multi-Book Search to show sellers who have some of the books in my wishlist (not just sellers who have all of them), so I can bundle more easily.”

Would it be possible to gain the ability to sort a wishlist (by title, author, price, etc.) for easier organization and navigation?

When you’re in the cart and are presented with the add $x.xx more for a discount, you can click on the “sold by” profile and it provides a few selections from that shop but I’d like the ability to go back to the full shop to continue browsing.

Hi, I am requesting the option to have a comment section under items. For an example, the way the Poshmark app allows buyers to comment on items over private messaging. This could potentially help both the buyer have a public record of conversation about the book and the seller can have an opportunity to showcase their customer service skills and build better rapport with potential buyers. This can also show other potential buyers that this seller has been recently active and could serve as a quick FAQ reference for any flaws/special features of the item (which may have been overlooked on the listing description) I am also requesting that there is a “odor” category added to the quality section to let buyers know if a book has a strong odor. I think this is really important to collectors and typical buyers both. I think it will create a stronger trust between PangoBooks and their users. Please consider the odor button if not the comment feature. Thank you for considering!
