Feature Requests

I have multiple people trying to offer $100 less for certain books. Mercari lets people only offer 10% less of the listing price. I am open to offers but not ones coming in at ridiculous unreasonable prices. I am just going to have to turn off the feature of offers. I have a set minimum amount, but I have books listed at all different prices.

I would like a feature that allows me to delete all of my listings at once. Currently, I can only delete them individually, which is time-consuming. Having a bulk delete option would greatly improve efficiency when managing my inventory.

We as sellers should have a option to start discounts at $1 or $2 and than it can be every $5! Why you may ask! Let's say i have a book selling for 50 cents. I want my shop to have a 45% discount. I as the seller am not going to earn any income from it! Its all going to go to the owners of pangobooks! With starting at $1 or $2 I would at least get a couple cents from the sell! Which is better than nothing!

I would love to be able to offer free shipping as an offer to people who have a book in their cart (individual offer) instead of only being able to offer blanket free shipping in my shop.

Since Pango auto-crops any uploaded images, I'm basically forced to use the in-app camera. This is generally fine, except that the Pango camera often doesn't want to focus on the book—usually when I'm trying to take a picture of the spine (it instead wants to focus on the background or my hand, leaving the spine blurred). I usually end up trying a few times but often have to upload a slightly blurry photo, which is annoying for me and means buyers can't see the details of the book condition. See attached screenshot for an example (it's focused on my fingernails, which was as close as I could get after multiple tries). Being able to tap on my phone screen to focus Pango's camera like a regular camera app would be a huge improvement that would make photography easier.

The ability to do partial refunds to buyers. In the case something was damaged in transit or the item was not exactly as described. Im aware we can message the Pango team to do so but it will save everyone time.

Hello, I loved the previous version of label that was larger than 1/4 of the sheet with the book list starting at the top of the page. I like stapling the book list to the receipt, but now if someone buys more than 4 at once, it trails off the end of the page because it doesn't start until halfway down. And I just liked that the previous label was a bit bigger. I was wondering it would be considered to add an option to use the previous version. It was perfect and I am sad whenever I print the labels now because of what was and what isn't. It existed wonderfully. Thank you very much for your time.

When I try to add a tag like #sciencefiction, my phone autocorrects to #science #fiction. Then it's really difficult to delete the # in #fiction so that I can join the words together (Pango keeps adding the hashtag back it). It would be great if either auto-spacing could be disabled (disabling autocorrect as a whole would be very annoying), or if Pango made it easier to delete the #.

It would be great to have the option to speak the ISBN rather than having to type it in when it doesn't scan.

Create an icon similar to those you have for sales and free shipping for sellers who will accept bids from buyers. I know that would encourage me both as a seller and a buyer.
